The Iloilo Convention Center and Iloilo River Esplanade have been recently included in the top 20 nominees for Haligi ng Dangal People’s Choice Awardee. Photos of the nominated architectural sites have been uploaded on the Haligi ng Dangal Awards’ Facebook page and the photo with the most like and reaction – from May 23rd to June 4th 11:59 pm will be declared the winner.

The Haligi ng Dangal is an annual award that aims to demonstrate that good design is a major component of the positive influence on the human environment and that the physical development of the built environment in the Philippines can be integrated with the cultural values, national identity or the natural environment of our nation. The Haligi ng Dangal Award is brought by The National Commission for Culture and the Arts, through the National Committee on Architecture and the Allied Arts.
