Healthy Eats at Live by Healthy Kitchen

Health is wealth, definitely – this seems to be the mantra embodied by the recently opened restaurant at SM Southpoint. Live by Healthy Kitchen just opened its doors – soft opening last May 26th and grand opening at the 29th. The restaurant/health store will be offering three interesting product lines: dine in comfort food, healthy to go meals, and a variety of products at the mini grocery. Photo above: Tofu Sisig

 

The importance of making healthy food choices: Meals nowadays are reciprocal to the kind of lifestyle one has. In today’s fast paced world, resorting to ‘processed’, ‘instant’, and ‘fast food’ is inevitable. On the other hand, these are highly processed and may contain large amounts of carbohydrates, sodium, and unnecessary fat – these, likewise, are high in calories yet offer little to no nutritional value. Thus, Live by Healthy Kitchen aspires to offer healthy food choices – dine in or take out – for the busy Ilonggo on the go. Live by Healthy Kitchen at SM Southpoint – next to Jamies Steak Room, 2nd level of SM Southpoint.
