Athena Nursing Care Training Center has officially opened enrollment for the 3rd Batch of its 2-Year Nursing Assistant Program, offering competency-based healthcare education and practical training for aspiring healthcare professionals. The program covers essential nursing assistant competencies, including patient care, clinical procedures, infection prevention, healthcare communication, documentation, patient safety, and proper use of medical equipment.
Students undergo classroom instruction, skills laboratory activities, simulation-based training, and supervised clinical practicum to develop practical healthcare skills. Athena’s training framework integrates TESDA and CHED requirements with German healthcare standards, with emphasis on technical competence, professional discipline, and patient-centered care.
The program is open to Senior High School graduates, career shifters, and individuals interested in pursuing healthcare-related careers.
