The BDO Pay app allows transfers straight from the user’s BDO account. Simply scan QR code to pay in stores and restaurants – as well as pay bills, send money, even request money, and split the bill.

BDO Pay VS BDO Online Banking
BDO Pay allows you to make convenient payments for your daily needs. Scan to pay for groceries request money for essentials, Split bills with friends, and more. Meanwhile, BDO Online Banking helps you manage all your accounts, including loans, time deposits, and cash cards. This is also what you use to request checkbooks and invest online if you log in through a web browser.
Who can sign up? BDO Pay Account, Savings Account, and Checking Accountholders, as well as Credit Card principal cardholders, can sign up for the app. First, make sure you’ve already signed up for BDO Online Banking, after which you can sign up for the app with your Online Banking username and password.
Sign Up for BDO Pay
If you already have Digital Banking:
- Download BDO Pay app from Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
- Open and sign up with your BDO Online Banking username and password.
- Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to the app, then choose your default account.
- Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
- Log in and start the app.
If you are an existing BDO customer without Digital Banking:
- Visit online.bdo.com.ph > Online Banking Login > Not yet enrolled? Enroll Now!
- After one banking day, download the BDO Pay app and sign up
- Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to the app, then choose your default account.
- Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
- Log in and start using the app.
If you do not have a BDO Account yet:
- Download the app from Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery
- Open the app and choose I’m new to BDO.
- Tap Start Application and fill out the application form.
- Once your application has been approved, open the app again.
- Choose I have an Online Banking account
- Sign up and go through the set-up steps.
Securing Your Account
- Never share your username, password, and 6-digit PIN.
- Never give your Credit Card number and expiry date, CVV, and OTP.
- Only Scan to Pay or upload QRs from people you know.
- Keep your list of devices updated. Delete the devices you no longer use.
- Check your transaction history regularly
- Call the Contact Center at (02) 8631-8000 if you notice unrecognized transactions.
- If you use your account to receive payments, don’t trust screenshots.
