One of the first coffee shops in the City of Love to introduce the Italian method of coffee brewing, Bluejay Coffee & Company is celebrating its 15 years in the industry with a number of learning opportunities and exciting promos. Bluejay is one of the few coffeeshops that serve 80:20 ratio of Arabica and Robusta beans sourced from Sagada and Kalinga – Bana Coffee in Sagada being a recipient of the Medaille Gourmet in the International Contest of Coffee Roasted in their Countries of Origin in Paris, France. Bluejay prides in its coffee products which has yielded loyal customers in the past 15 years.
As of date, Bluejay has a number of branches within the city: in SM City Iloilo, Ayala Technohub, and The Medical City Iloilo. Bluejay products are also served at Ubra Shared Space + Lounge at SM Southpoint.
In gratitude to its loyal patrons, Bluejay Coffee & Company will have an ‘Anniversary Tour’ with Ms Trina Jade Chu, Miss Iloilo Tourism 2019. Apart from that, a ‘Cofeecon: The Coffee Connection’, a coffee appreciation class will be held on October 18 from 9am to 11am at Bluejay’s very own shared hub, Ubra. Coffeecon is envisioned to be a gathering of ‘like minded coffee drinkers who want to appreciate coffee.
In addition to the caffeine themed events, an ‘All About Coffee’ coffee watercolor art class for aspiring artists will be held on October 26, 10am to 12nn, at the Bluejay Ayala Technohub. Interested artists can register with a single receipt purchase of Php 350 on any Bluejay stores.
