Its Cold Brew served in an Irish glass, is guaranteed to have less acid, less bitter taste, more caffeine, and stronger flavor. Cold brew, also known as cold water extractor or cold press, is a process of steeping coffee grounds in water for an extended period of time.
Creations by Bluejay Coffee & Co., meanwhile, is a collection of creatively decorated treats – coffee-based and cream-based. Coffee-based Creations include the following: Al Roca Mudslide, Almond Joy, Banana Split Cappuccino, Butter Toffee Crunch, Cinnamon Cappuccino, Cookie Crumble, Dark Choco Mocha, Double Berry Delight, Espresso Crush, French Mocha, Mocha Java, and Saigon Kick.
Cream-based Creations, meanwhile, include the following: Banana Rocky Road, Berry Vanilla, Bitter Sweet Chocolate, Blueberry Pomegranate, Mango Mania, Matcha, New York Tea, Strawberry Ripple, and White Toblerone. To add, matcha products are made from 100% matcha sourced from Japan. Creations are said to be priced from Php 180 and above.
