Condura Negosyo Hub: Filipino brand Condura recently launched its Negosyo Hub in Iloilo City – along Iznart Street, Brgy. Danao in downtown Iloilo. The Negosyo Hub will provide a wide variety of appliance solutions to entrepreneurs, such as Negosyo Refrigerators (No Frost, Chillers, and Freezers) and Washing Machines. According to the brand, it is their way of showing solidarity in aiding Filipinos to recover from the effects of the pandemic.

Rafael Hechanova, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Concepcion Industrial Inc., and Executive Vice President for Marketing and Business Development of Concepcion Carrier Airconditioning Co., recalls the early beginnings of the brand.
“Our grandfather, Jose N. Concepcion, Sr., at the age of 60, started Concepcion Industries Incorporated in 1962, anchored on his desire to help Filipinos build better lives. For decades, his vision and principles bred a culture of excellence and corporate responsibility. Out of his vision, in 1987, the Filipino brand Condura came to be,” Hechanova states.
According to him, attention to detail is the secret to the company’s success in the appliance industry.

Hechanova highlights that Negosyo Refrigerators have a bigger freezer, faster cooling capacity, more storage space, and durable wires. He adds that Condura, to ensure product quality, offers a 10-year warranty on compressors.
Harold Pernikar, President of Concepcion Durables Inc., also added his thoughts on the brand.
“Every Condura product we introduce has been synonymous to durability and value for money. This is part of our legacy: to help build better lives for the Filipinos, to help create happy spaces in their homes and businesses,” Pernikar shares.
He also added that the brand partnered with Imperial Appliance Plaza in bringing Condura closer to the Ilonggo market. Apart from the hub, Condura also takes pride in its showroom inside Imperial Appliance Plaza – one of its biggest inside a retail outlet.
