ePerformax Contact Centers and BPO officially celebrates the grand opening of their newest facility in the country at Pueblo de Panay TechnoPark in Roxas City. Th event was graced by ‘Father of the BPO industry in the Philippines’ and Capiz’s very own Mar Roxas, Pueblo de Panay President and Chief Executive Officer Bub Ong, ePerformax Roxas Vice President and General Manager Mike Tanner, President and Chief Executive Officer of ePerformax Teresa Hartsaw, and ePerformax client David Reedy, Director of Paypal. The new site is proof of the company’s commitment to uphold the country as one of the leading BPO service providers in the world.
ePerformax is one of the first contact centers in the Philippines, established in 2002. The company has primarily focused its operations on providing quality customer service to a select group of Fortune 500 companies. Eperformax provides support for their English-speaking customers in locations around the globe. The company utilizes voice, email, chat, messaging, and social media to handle customer interactions that include customer service, inbound sales and order entry, billing/account support, technical support, product/service support, website navigation support, and travel reservations, along with non-voice activities to support clients’ comprehensive outsourcing requirements.
