King Stomach: How One ‘Addt’l Source of Income’ Became Successful Business

Owner Ian Dexter Yanson Celis never expected that his business would become successful. Spawned during the height of the pandemic, King Stomach started as an additional source of income for the owner. Offering frozen foods (homemade pork siomai, honey cured bacon, Hungarian sausage, siopao), the small business was operated from the owner’s home in Lessandra, Pavia.

However, due to the owner’s perseverance and hard work, the small business is now a DTI-registered business. King Stomach Frozen Foods is now present in key areas in the province: Igbaras, San Miguel, Alimodian, Oton, Guimbal, Pavia, Leon, Sta. Barbara, Zarraga, Tigbauan, Ajuy, and Miagao.

“Siomailicious! Manamit na, barato pa!,” states one customer, “very accommodating, namit and chorizo kag ang bacon!” says another. The business has garnered a large number of positive reviews and is now being frequented by patrons.

How to Order: The owner has also created a Blogspot post detailing the business and how new and old customers can make their transaction seamless. To date, King Stomach now offers deliveries. To order, customers are advised to send an order form with their name, shipping address, contact number, and order. Payment can be made via remittance centers or bank transfer. The receipt should then be forwarded via private message.
