Executive Order 033: Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas recently signed Executive Order No. 033, an order providing for new guidelines on inbound travel to Iloilo City and additional health intervention measures.
“In preparation of the lifting of the moratorium of flight in Iloilo City and to prevent the surge of cases, I signed Executive Order No. 033, providing the new guidelines on inbound travel to Iloilo City and additional Health Intervention Measures,” Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas in a social media post.

What is the requirement for alternate work arrangements?
All private and government establishments must adopt to 30% workforce capacity.
When does the prohibition of non-essential gatherings start?
All mass and non-essential gatherings shall be prohibited effective 12:00 AM of April 7, 2021, unless lifted or modified. Wakes and funeral services are limited to immediate families or not more than 10 persons at a time. 15 individuals will be accommodated or the immediate family members during weddings and baptisms.
What are pre-departure requirements for those entering the city?
Starting 12:00 AM of April 11, 2021, those entering the city must obtain a Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) through S-PaSS Travel Management System.
What are the requirements for APORs staying in Iloilo for not more than 24 hours?
Secure a Negative RT-PCR test result three days prior to the date of travel, submit copies of the requirements using the S-PaSS system, and secure a copy of the Travel Coordination Permit prior to date of travel.
How can persons travelling to Iloilo City be allowed to enter?
Submit a copy of requirements using the S-PaSS system and secure a copy of the Travel of Coordination Permit. Upon arrival in Iloilo City, RT-PCR testing shall be conducted at the airport for air travellers and Jubilee Hall for sea travellers.
