Consumers can expect an increase in fuel products prior to 2020 as Unioil forecasted an increase this week. It can be recalled that this is the third consecutive week that diesel had a sustained increase. It went up by Php 1.15 per liter while kerosene went up by Php 1.10 per liter.
“Expect fuel prices to go up next week (December 31, 2019 – January 6, 2020). Diesel should go up by P0.45 – P0.55 and Gasoline should go up by P0.85 – P0.95 Load up accordingly,” in a Facebook post by Unioil.
The hikes brought the year-to-date adjustments at a net increase of P6.47 per liter for gasoline, P4.91 per liter for diesel and P1.71 per liter for kerosene.
