Permanent Levi’s Tailor Shop Now in Iloilo

Style customization goes to an all new level at the City of Love. The Levi’s Tailor Shop is now open at the 2/F of Robinson’s Place Iloilo, it is a space where shoppers can reinvent and personalize their denims. The first ever permanent home outside Metro Manila, the Levi’s Tailor Shop is a unique haven where customers can work with a master tailor to place embroidery, original patches, studs, and collectible pins for an added attitude.



Also, to give wearers the perfect fit and style for their pants, the shop also offers alteration services that include hems and distressing. For an extra touch of ownership and character, trucker jacket paneling and distressing is also available. Customization and personalization are key to the #LiveInLevis campaign, which aims to put Levi’s at the center of culture. Through the Levi’s Tailor Shop, customers get immersed in an experience where Levi’s apparel become their blank canvas for authentic self expression.

“The Levi’s Tailor Shop is a way of opening up new possibilities for denim wearers to express themselves and celebrate their authenticity. At Robinson’s Place Iloilo, we found an emerging hub of culture and lifestyle, making it a perfect home for the Levi’s Tailor Shop,” said Charisse Chua, Levi’s Philippines Country Manager.

The Levi’s Tailor Shop have the following products and services: patches 1 piece at Php 150, set of 3 at Php 400; pins 1 piece at Php 250, set of 3 at Php 700; studs set of 10 at Php 50. Services include standard hem at Php 50, original hem at Php 150, raw hem at Php 100, and fray hem at Php 10, trucker jacket paneling ranging from Php 150 to Php 250, embroidery from Php 30 to Php 70, and distressing at Php 250.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Does Levi’s Tailor Shop work on non-Levi’s products? Answer: The Levi’s Tailor Shop can only work on Levi’s products. Can we alter the waist sizes of jeans? Answer: No, the Levi’s brand has been built on the structural integrity of the jean and it’s groundbreaking features; rivets, bar tracks and felled seams. Once any of those features is undone, the structural integrity will be compromised.
  • Can we alter any jackets or jacket sleeves? Answer: No, at this time we do not have machinery necessary to complete that scope of work. Can we replace/repair zippers? Not at this time as it requires the reconstruction of the jean.
  • Do we offer Levi’s Tailor Shop on old Levi’s product? Answer: Yes, we can work on old Levi’s products if they will be buying Levi’s Tailor Shop materials such as patches and studs. Can consumers bring their own patches and avail of the Levi’s Tailor Shop? Answer: Yes, but they should purchase any Levi’s product and/or patches.
