Rai Rai Ken: Quantity and quality is the hallmark of its 11 years in the Ilonggo food industry. Located on the upper ground floor of SM City Iloilo, it has been standing strong for 11 years now – and continues to flourish amidst the increasing number of restaurants in Iloilo City. The secret is the food itself – with the main focus on the quality and quantity of food. Rai Rai Ken is the first Ramen House established in Japan in 1910, and in the Philippines in 1993 – and has been the market leader for 20 years.

Ramen Specialties such as seafoods hot pot ramen, miso ramen, gomoku ramen, tonkutso ramen, kanton men, gyu ramen, tantan men, and yakisoba. Teishoku set meals, meanwhile, is a complete set meal made by Rai Rai Ken’s very own Japanese Chef. Choices of ramen or rice meal served with a variety of side dishes from salad to soup.

Bento Box, in addition, is a special set meal served with plain rice and miso soup with vegetable sides. Bento options include beef yakiniku, chicken karaage, deep fried gyoza, ebi tempura, served with moyashi sidings; Seafoods Bento, seafood cooked in special sauce, slices of fresh tuna sashimi, ebi tempura, served with moyashi sidings; 3 Kinds Bento, servings of beef yakiniku, medley of seafood cooked in special sauce, ebi tempura served with moyashi itame sidings; Chicken Teriyaki Bento, grilled chicken teriyaki sauce with shrimp tempura, miso soup and vegetable sidings; Salmon Teriyaki Bento, grilled salmon teriyaki sauce with shrimp tempura, miso soup and vegetable sidings.

Aside from the ramen, teishoku set meal, and bento box, are other Rai Rai Ken dishes. Enjoy the likes of donburi and Curry (rice topping) such as unaju, gyudon, and chicken don; rice platter such as the gomoku chahan; ippinyori, sushi and sashimi and so much more. So far, Rai Rai Ken boasts to have a reputable number of dishes on their menu. Rai Rai Ken is located on the upper ground floor of SM City Iloilo, Mandurriao.
