The SM Store, in line with SM Malls, debuts its SM Call to Deliver option to patrons. With delivery options for groceries and medicine, consumers can also shop for items exclusive to The SM Store. Men and women wear, home appliances, stationery, home essentials, and more – the SM Store offers a wide variety of products.
It can be recalled that The SM Store has officially opened since its closure during the Enhanced Community Quarantine. The ECQ was officially lifted last April and areas moved to Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) or General Community Quarantine (GCQ). In Iloilo, SM City Iloilo was quick to introduce ‘safe malling’ procedures.
How to Order. In The SM Store website, three steps were given to avail the SM Call to Deliver service. Step one, select an item from the catalog (on the website) and speak to a branch representative for anything else one might need. Step two, wait for an order confirmation from a branch representative including instructions for payment and delivery. And Step three, send a proof of payment to the branch representative and wait for the item to be delivered.
The universal call to deliver hotline is 0917 800 1074. However, contact numbers for specific SM Stores branches are also available. All essential items available at The SM Store may be ordered during the servicing branch’s operating hours. Moreover, processing may vary depending on quarantine regulations in the area.
How to Pay. The SM Store accepts the following payment options: Cash on Delivery, Credit Card Payment upon Delivery, Debit Card Payment upon Delivery, and Online Bank Transfer for Metro Manila stores. Take note that there is no minimum purchase requirement. However, there is a Php 100 delivery fee starting May 1st. Customers can also opt to have their items shipped via third party service.
