Sue’s Cake Gallery: Nothing can top off an evening more than a visit to a cake shop and coffee bar. With cakes gracing Ilonggo tables for 23 years now, Sue’s Cake Gallery (SCG) is the number 1 customized cake provider in the City of Love. Sue’s has been a local household name for two decades now.
“Our goal is to exceed the expectation of every client by offering stunning and amazing cakes, outstanding customer service, better flexibility and greater value. That goal is captured by our tag-line, “We put a Smile in Every Occasion”. We understand that the cake is the centerpiece of some of life’s most memorable occasions, hence, we take every effort and care in ensuring that the total customer’s experience with us is a pleasurable one from the time they choose the design of their cakes to the very occasion itself.” – Sue’s Cake Gallery
Over the years, Sue’s has been well known for its customized cakes that are perfect for all occasions. It is also known for special dessert cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, gourmet coffee, and – of course – its bestselling sans rival, homemade chocolate cake, and buko pie. Sue’s also supports the local coffee bean farmers of Benguet, which is responsible for the gourmet coffee at Sue’s made from 100% Arabica coffee beans.
Apart from the customized cakes, Sue’s also offers a variety of specialty cakes and pastries: moist special cakes, homemade chiffon and classic choco chiffon, cheesecakes, bundt cakes, and other sweet treats. What I personally like best are the moist special cakes (with price ranging from Php 450 to 550), especially Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate. Moreover, the signature cake and among the first cakes of Sue’s is the Midnight Chocolate Cake.
